Leonard, Boudinot & Skodje, Inc. (“LBS”) is a well-established civil engineering, surveying, and planning company doing business in Skagit, Snohomish, Island, and Whatcom Counties since the 1940s. Bob Boudinot, principle of Leonard, Boudinot & Skodje, has been with LBS since 1974. During this time, the company has prepared literally thousands of public and private engineering designs and land surveys.

Our staff has remained fairly constant over the years. By stressing continuing education and recruiting talented engineers and surveyors, our technical capabilities continue to grow. Currently we have a staff of 12, which includes three licensed civil engineers, and one licensed land surveyor. We have two survey crews, engineer and survey technicians, and construction inspectors.

Community support and involvement has always been a foremost objective at Leonard, Boudinot & Skodje. Our principles and staff have been involved with and served on local school boards and community and service organizations. We strongly believe that being involved in the community is important for a successful business and personal growth.
